The Commission does not receive U.S. Mail at its street address, so please use the post office box above for correspondence. The Commission's office is staffed by part-time personnel and is open on a part-time basis. If the office is closed, Fed Ex and UPS packages may be left at the N.C. Judicial Center's front desk until 5:00 p.m. You are welcome to visit the Commission's office to discuss mediator certification or to learn about mediation and the programs operating in North Carolina's courts. We do ask, however, that you be mindful that the office is open on a part-time basis and call ahead to insure that staff will be available to assist you upon your arrival.
