In conference on February 26, 2020, the Supreme Court of North Carolina adopted an order amending Rule 11 and Appendix 1 of the North Carolina Business Court Rules. This order is effective on March 1, 2020.

All orders that amend the Business Court Rules, as well as an up-to-date codification of the rule set, are posted on the Supreme Court’s rules webpage.
