Governor Roy Cooper has appointed two superior court judges: Judge Tessa Sellers in District 43A and Augustus Willis in District 4.

The 11 counties in eCourts Track 5 are Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Polk, Swain, and Transylvania.
