Eleven counties (Track 5) in western North Carolina will shift to digital court records on July 22, 2024.

File & Serve (eFiling) and Portal training sessions are now available for attorneys and judicial partners through October 2024.

To support the transition to eCourts, there will be significant adjustments to courthouse operations the week prior in all counties.

Track 6 goes live Oct. 14, including Anson, Cabarrus, Cumberland, Hoke, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, Scotland, Stanly, and Union.

Pilot programs begin in Brunswick, Durham, Mitchell, New Hanover, and Yancey counties.

The new program is located in the Second Judicial District which includes Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Tyrrell, and Washington counties.
