Governor Cooper Makes Judicial Appointment in District Court District 17A
Governor Roy Cooper has appointed a district court judge in District 17A.

Governor Roy Cooper has appointed Erica Standfield Brandon as district court judge in Judicial District 17A (Caswell and Rockingham counties).
She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Michael Gentry. She has served as a prosecutor in the Rockingham County District Attorney's Office for nearly a decade.
