Pay in person at the Cashier's Office in the Durham County Courthouse.

Contact the Clerk of Superior Court's Office for additional information on how to pay fines at (919) 560-6842. All payments must be verified by judgment section before Cashier's Office accepts payment. Payments must be for the full amount. Partial payments are not accepted.

Back Rent: If you have appealed a summary ejectment or landlord/tenant dispute and must pay rent or back rent to the Court, you may go to the Cashier's Office to pay.
