Hurricane Florence Affecting Courthouses Across North Carolina

Updated 9/24: Many court sessions and offices are reporting changes in hours of operation and closings due to adverse weather.

Update 9/24: Rivers throughout the southeast continue to recede where 7 rivers are currently at major flood stage and 3 are at moderate flood stage. Most of the rivers are expected to reach normal conditions by the end of this week. 

Many court sessions, offices, and courthouses across North Carolina are reporting changes in hours of operation and closings due to adverse weather. All changes to business hours and alternate filing locations that have been reported to the N.C. Administrative Office of the Courts are available on NCcourts.gov.
