Clerk Rules and Statute
The Rules of Mediation For Matters Before the Clerk of Superior Court were revised by the Supreme Court of North Carolina on January 23, 2020, pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 7A-38.3B. The Rules provide a framework for expediting settlement of matters referred to mediation by Clerks of Superior Court. The Clerk Rule revisions are effective January 6, 2025
